Setup#

Following these instructions before the workshop will help us get started on time.

1. Download & install QuPath#

This workshop will use QuPath v0.7.0.

You can download it from our homepage and install it following the detailed instructions in our main docs.

Check it works!

After installation, please make sure QuPath runs and you see the welcome screen.

2. Install QuPath extensions#

Follow the instructions in install the extra extensions we plan to use.

3. Download images#

Lastly, please download the images required for the workshop.

Ask for help!

Ask questions at any time during the workshop - we want you to get the most out of it!

We’ll also be available before the workshop to help if you have problems settings things up.
