Download images

We will work with a number of images in this workshop - mostly from publicly available sources.

As these are often quite large, it’s useful to download them ahead of time.

What to do

1. Download the image folder as a zip file from OneDrive. You must be logged in as a member of UoE to access the archive.

2. Unzip the zip archive in a suitable location.

Some images in this folder are from public sources, including:

• CMU-1-Small-Region.svs, part of OpenSlide’s test data

• CMU-1.svs, part of OpenSlide’s test data

• OS-2.ndpi, part of OpenSlide’s test data

• LuCa-7color_[13860,52919]_1x1.tif, available from downloads.openmicroscopy.org

• The Broad Bioimage Benchmark Collection
